SanZen—Sitting Zen Together

Zen is a non-dual practice where emphasis is given to recognizing / familiarizing one’s self to the nature of mind —which is spacious, free, joyful and creative.

In the Zen tradition I come from, heart to heart encounters with the teacher are an essential aspect of Awakening.

While a teacher can’t give you anything, they can help us see through our confusion & fixed beliefs; and reflect for us the freedom, spaciousness, clarity and compassion of the nature of being.

I provide 1:1 Zen practice discussions / sanzen through zoom. These encounters are meant to help you in your Zen practice.

I have experience in various modalities including samatha, breath-work, concentration, inquiry, open-awareness, loving kindness, shikantaza & koans.
